My guess is that Mr. Francis is more likely to show up in Des Moines to film a “Farmer’s Girls Gone Wild (50% tax credit) than to do additional time! Maybe the Des Moines “Girls Gone Wild” T-shirts can “stimulate” the Des Moines economy!
I feel stimulated already!
